Geoffrey James is a writer / actor / comedian from Cleveland, Ohio who now resides in Los Angeles.
In 2018, Geoffrey starred as Raj in season 2 of CollegeHumor's Lonely and Horny. In 2020, he wrote for Apple TV’s Carpool Karaoke, a season which went on to win an Emmy for Outstanding Short Form Comedy Series. Most recently, Geoffrey was selected for the 2023 CBS Showcase, an acclaimed sketch comedy showcase highlighting up-and-coming diverse talent.
Geoffrey hosts the popular comedy podcast The Headgum Podcast, which recently recorded a sold-out live episode at The Gramercy Theatre in New York City. He also hosts the monthly variety show Headgum Happy Hour at UCB and various venues in Los Angeles, and he can be seen in the weekly sketch comedy series Geoffrey the Dumbass.
